Garrosh Hellscream, son of Grom Hellscream, was found by Thrall at the Mag'har Post in Outland during the events of The Burning Crusade expansion. He and many other orcs were left behind during the first orc invasions of Azeroth because they were infected by a disease named the Red Pox. Because they were not corrupted by the burning legion, these brown orcs took on the name Mag'har, meaning Uncorrupted.
